"As a property manager/project manager, one of the greatest challenges is finding contractors who return your call, come when they say they will, and know there field of "expertise", price their service fairly and then perform their work to please the customer. Sounds simple? But it seldom works that way. Nick is a five out of five in every respect. He answers his messages promptly, comes when he says he will, does what he says he can and will do and might even be underpricing his superior service. And he is leading his crew on the job, not sending a team of employees to self manage, and who are rarely able make the "executive decisions" to the benefit of the customer when things inevitably don't go exactly as planned. I would recommend Maryland Asphalt to anyone and will definitely employ them again on other asphalt projects I have in store. Five stars!"
